RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At The Brooch Bar, every piece is thoughtfully curated or handmade with intention. Because many of our items are vintage or crafted in small batches, our return policy is designed to protect both our customers and the integrity of our products.

Vintage Brooches

Many of our brooches are vintage, which means they carry history — and sometimes the delicate nature that comes with age.

  • We do not offer returns, refunds, or replacements for vintage brooches that break after wear.

  • Minor wear, patina, or aging is considered part of the charm and character of vintage pieces.

  • Please handle vintage items with care.

All vintage brooch sales are final.

Hats

For hygiene and safety reasons, hats are final sale.

Once worn, hats cannot be resold, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We encourage customers to review sizing and product details carefully before purchasing. If you have questions before buying, we’re happy to help.

Handmade Brooches & Handmade Keychains

We proudly stand behind the quality of our handmade pieces.

  • Customers have 10 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.

  • Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

We will accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Structural breakage

  • Fabric or webbing fraying due to craftsmanship issues

Normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse will not qualify for return.

Bags & Other Accessories

  • Bags and non-vintage accessories may be returned within 10 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

Market & Pop-Up Purchases

All in-person pop-up and market sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
